Description

Are you looking for dedicated time to reflect on your professional practice?

Our Reflective Practice Workshops provide a supportive group supervision space where adult guidance practitioners can step back from the demands of everyday work, deepen their professional practice and engage in meaningful reflection with experienced facilitators and peers.

Reflective practice enables us to strengthen our capacity to respond creatively to the challenges of our work while developing greater self-awareness resilience and confidence. Central to this programme is the understanding that how we relate to others is profoundly influenced by how we relate to ourselves.

Through reflection, inquiry and dialogue, participants will refresh their perspectives, explore professional experiences and develop practices that enhance both personal wellbeing and professional effectiveness.

What the Workshops Offer

  • Each monthly session includes:
  • Guided grounding and reflective practice
  • Reflective writing exercises
  • Small facilitated supervision groups
  • Collaborative dialogue with peers
  • Whole-group discussion to identify key insights and actions

The workshops are predominantly experiential while also introducing concepts and readings that support ongoing reflective practice between sessions.
