To ensure that everyone has a great time during the Computer Summer Camp students must comply with the following rules:

Students will attend the full 5 days of each week they signed up for of the Summer Camp, 9.30a.m – 1p.m.. Students will be on time every morning and if they are being collected, they will be collected on time.
If a student cannot attend or must be absent for part of a session, they will contact the Computer Science Department on 01 708 3847 or email cssummercamp@mu.ie or bring a signed letter from their parent/guardian.
Students will not leave at any time during the Summer Camp. In exceptional circumstances a student may leave only with the verbal/written consent of a parent/guardian.
Smoking and the possession or consumption of alcohol and drugs are strictly forbidden.
While on Maynooth University Campus students are responsible for their personal property.
The Computer Science Camp emphasizes a safe and fun camp environment and appropriate behaviour is essential to a great overall experience for everyone involved. The Computer Science Camp will not accept:

Any behaviour that threatens or endangers the welfare and/or the safety of any student, instructor, or any other person involved with the camp.
Any behaviour that is disruptive to the overall camp environment.
Any form of bullying of other students or disrespectful behaviour towards instructors, or any other person involved with the camp.

All students agree that any work they create (e.g. games, websites, apps etc) must not contain any inappropriate material.
Students must comply with the procedures and rules set out by staff. Failure to comply will lead to exclusion from the programme without a refund.
All students understand that the work they create during the camp is the property of Maynooth University COMPUTER SCIENCE SUMMER CAMP. Students also agree that their work can be published and photographs displayed for the advertisement of the Maynooth University Computer Summer Camp and student programmes.
I understand that the university will exercise discretion regarding media contact.
